In recognition of Social Work Month the Mercer/Burlington Unit will be going to the Rescue Mission of Trenton on March 21, 2015 to serve a hot meal and hand out warm weather clothing and hygiene items. We are working hand and hand with, Hope 180.

Hope 180 are volunteers from the JBMDL, they collect items for the homeless in Trenton. They are known for setting up "Street Feeds" in front of the Rescue Mission. Street Feeds allow the group to distribute food and much needed hygiene and clothing items to the homeless within our community. Their operation is from 2– 4 p.m.

It is not only about bringing items to those within the community, but also to spend time engaging with the residents.

Date: Saturday March 21, 2015
Time: 2:00 - 4:00 pm
