Topic: Positive Psychology and Strengths-Based Coaching

Speaker: Victoria Roche, MSW

As always, we will provide a light supper and time for networking before our speaker begins at 6:30 pm.

Victoria Roche is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. Her career has evolved from the early beginnings of working in the not-for-profit sector to post-graduate training and experience as a family therapist.  In 2002 she completed ADHD coach training with the American Coaching Association and started coaching ADHD clients in 2003.  Victoria specializes in two core areas: Career Coaching and Coaching Individuals with Executive Functioning difficulties. She coaches clients in career development and career transitions to discover best fit opportunities. She also provides job coaching for individuals starting out in a new job, and workplace coaching to individuals experiencing challenges on the job.  Victoria is passionate about working with young adults to find a job/career that brings satisfaction with their work.

Victoria has partnered with Wilma Fellman, MA, and author of Finding a Career That Works for You: A Step-By-Step guide to Choosing a Career & Finding a Job, and the Edge Foundation. She is the Lead Trainer of the Career & Life Planning Services Specialty Training (CSST), a six week webinar training series offering Certified ADHD Coaches the competencies, tools and expertise needed to assist clients in the “career piece” of the coaching process.

Victoria integrates the theories of positive psychology into her coaching practice, an approach that focuses on personal strengths, talents and innate abilities.
