With divorce affecting a minimum of 50% of first marriages, and 60% of second marriages, we owe it to children and families to change the divorce conversation. Divorce ends marriages; it does not end families. Co-parenting, for example, can go on for many years. The manner in which people go through their divorce can be the difference between further destruction and creating opportunities to restructure their family in a positive way. By avoiding litigation and relying on mediation and collaborative divorce, we help families transition to a new "normal," with opportunities for growth and transformative development.

Mediation and collaborative divorce set the stage for more civilized and dignified settlement negotiations by working with interdisciplinary teams comprised of attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial experts. Join us to learn more skills for working with clients who are either going through a divorce, or have already gone through one and need help developing their new “normal” in a positive, growth oriented manner.
