Presentation is appropriate to any social worker working with patients who are eligible for Medicaid, specifically those requiring long term care. Those of you who attended the January, 2015 program on Managed Care in NJ asked for a repeat program to focus on the Miller Trust. Come and bring your questions. 

Title:   Qualified Income Trust and Medicaid Long Term Care Eligibility


1. Understand the Miller Trust/Qualified Income Trust as it related to Medicaid eligibility for Long Term Care.

2. Understand Medicaid Long Term Care Eligibility in order to assist patients in the application process.

3. Ask questions about the Medicaid eligibility process.
