Get paid to attend the Annual Conference by sharing your expertise with your peers!



Join us as a presenter for the 2016 NASW-NJ Annual Conference in May in Atlantic City. Submit your workshop proposal by August 26, 2015 to be reviewed by the NASW-NJ Continuing Education Committee. Applicants will be notified in November whether their workshop has been accepted.

Understanding and Working with the DSM-5: Diagnostic Changes and Clinical Implications

The ability to assess and diagnose is a core competency for mental health providers. The changes in the new DSM manual requires practitioners to modify their current understanding of diagnostic symptoms and categories. Do you offer a quality, cutting-edge course for social work professionals in New Jersey?

Would you like your course to be more attractive to social work professionals by offering continuing education credits?

If you answered YES to these questions, we invite you to apply to The New Jersey Social Work Continuing Education Approval Collaborative (CE Approval Collaborative).

The CE Approval Collaborative is recognized by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (BSWE) as an approving entity for social work continuing education credits in this state and will offer a comprehensive review process for the approval of quality social work continuing education courses.

Application and materials are available on the NASW-NJ Website through the Continuing Education drop-down menu. The CE Approval Collaborative must receive your application at least 90 days before your course will occur.
