3+ hours: $150

Weekend daily rate: $300

Up to 40 People in Classroom Setting

 

Conference Room

 

1-3 hours or after 5PM Mon-Fri: $70

3+ hours: $125

Weekend daily rate: $250

Up to 12 People

Equipment

·  White board, markers and flip charts available. 

· Media equipment available for weekday rentals only. 

· Inquire about additional fees for: LCD Projector/Screen, Laptop

 

 User Responsibilities:

You are responsible to insure that the NASW-NJ meeting room is utilized appropriately. To this end we request your group abides by the following:

·  Food is permitted at your expense; you are responsible for cleaning up kitchen.

·  At the conclusion of your meeting, please insure that the room is cleared of all paper and trash.

 

 Terms

·  Room rental shall be on a first come, first serve basis once rental agreement is on file

·  Room availability is Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

·  All individuals and/or businesses must complete a room rental agreement form, the payment is due on the day of the room rental.

·  Cancellation must be done one week prior to the scheduled event.

· National Association of Social Workers-NJ Chapter reserves the right to terminate contract as we see fit.

·  The conference room will be set up with tables and chairs to your specifications by the NASW-NJ staff.

·  Audio visual requirements will be set up to your specifications, which will be included in your rental fee.

·  After hours rentals shall be an additional charge of $10.00 an hour.

· NASW-NJ staff will provide a list of caterers, hotels, and directions upon your request.

 

Regulation

·  The room must be left in a neat, clean and orderly condition.

·  Renters are responsible for any damage to the facility, contents, and fixtures. All damages must be reported to staff immediately.

·  Attendee must use phones outside of the NASW-NJ office during our business hours Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. (near the vending machines)

·  If you are in need of NASW staff, please ask the front desk for assistance.

·  The use of NASW staff computers are not allowed at any time.

·  You must use the room for the allocated time you reserved. Any time after needs to be approved by staff.
