CE Approval Collaborative
APPLICATION RENEWAL PAGE
Renewals for applications whose approval expires at the end of this licensing period (August 31, 2016) will be accepted online beginning March 1, 2016 through May 31, 2016.
Please note: If your course was approved for the first time in the last licensing period (September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2016), then the renewal application can be used. If your course was approved for the first time before the last licensing period (September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2016), and has already been through the renewal process, a new application must be completed to ensure all course information is up-to-date.
Decisions will be made on a first-come, first -serve basis and all final decisions will be granted within 6 to 8 weeks. All renewals must be submitted by May 31, 2016 for consideration. Otherwise, you will be required to submit the application for initial review again.
Renewal applications for continuing education courses approved by the CE Approval Collaborative must be submitted online. Sorry, no applications will be accepted via mail, fax or email.
The CE Approval Collaborative recommends that you locate the original approval letter you received for your initial approval. Please consult that document accordingly which will help you prepare for the renewal more expeditiously and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
An application for renewal will be accepted only if there are no substantial changes to the course. A substantial change includes changes to the length of program, presenter(s) or content. When you are renewing a course that has been approved, you are certifying that you have not made any substantial changes to the course which afforded you the original approval and you wish to offer the course again in a different licensing cycle. Reasonable updates to provide new research are acceptable. Otherwise, a new application must be submitted. If you have questions or are unsure which application to submit, please contact staff at: 732-296-8070 x54.
