What ethics and values are needed to successfully facilitate groups with various populations? Topics will include non-discriminatory group planning, utilizing mutual-aid leadership, and addressing dysfunctional role conflict equitably. Discussion and role plays will help new and experienced group workers to achieve effective and socially just ethical and values-based group work practice.
